• Become familiar with Outcomes' MTM documentation and billing procedures by completing the Outcomes Personal Pharmacist training program online for no cost at www.getoutcomes.com or order a CD-ROM online for $10. Technicians are also encouraged to complete the training.
• Ensure that the pharmacy executes a Participating Pharmacy Agreement with Outcomes Pharmaceutical Health Care™.
