To qualify, patients must be:

• North Carolina residents
• 65 years of age or older
• Participants in a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan

ChecKmeds NC is funded by the Health and Wellness Trust Fund and implemented through the NC Office of Rural Health and Community Care.
